Will I be speaking to the same people?
Yes, the teams dealing with your accounts are the same teams as before the merger.
Do I have to change the bank details on my standing order?
No, the bank details remain the same.
I have sent a cheque made payable to Fairfax Solicitors Ltd, is that OK?
Yes, cheques made payable to Fairfax Solicitors Ltd can continue to be accepted.
I have received a Notice of Change of Solicitor, what does this mean?
drydensfairfax solicitors is a trading name of Drydens Ltd. Drydens Ltd is the regulated entity and therefore any case previously
dealt with by Fairfax Solicitors Ltd is now, following the merger, being dealt with under the name of Drydens Ltd trading as drydensfairfax solicitors.
We are obliged to formally notify the court and yourself of this.
