- I have the legal right to work in the UK
- I do not have any satisfied or unsatisfied County Court Judgments (CCJ’s)
- I have never been declared bankrupt
- I do not have any unspent criminal convictions
If you are unable to agree with any of these statements then unfortunately we are unable to proceed with your application. We can only accept candidates with the full right to work in the UK and due to our working relationships with certain Government departments and financial institutions, if you have ever been issued with a County Court Judgment, declared bankrupt or have a currently unspent criminal conviction then we are not able to employ you.
