CRM & Marketing Assistant Manager

Salary: £30,000+ DOE

Team: Client Services Team

Location: Hybrid (Leeds / Home Working)

Reports to: Commercial Director

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (09.00 – 17.00) – 1 hour for lunch (some flexibility may be required according to workloads)

Salary: £30,000 + depending on experience

YOUR ROLE:

This hybrid role will be essential in helping us to promote the business and secure new work whilst supporting the Client Relationship Team in retaining the great relationships we already enjoy with our clients.

We are a leading UK law firm dealing with the recovery of portfolios in excess of £100,000 for lenders, debt purchasers and commercial businesses.

YOUR TASKS:

Client Relationships:

  • Supporting Client Service Enhancement: Assist the CRM team in continuously evaluating and improving the quality of service provided to clients.
  • Client Meeting Management: Aid in scheduling client review meetings, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist with completing necessary documentation for client visits, audits, and post-visit tasks including meeting minutes and tracking post-visit actions.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM – support and updating of the CRM system including email campaigns
  • Management Information Development: Assist in managing clients' reporting requirements to develop a comprehensive suite of management information relevant to clients.
  • Sales Support: Maintaining client and tender portals, support on tenders, and new business proposals for prospects.
  • Other related tasks as required.

Marketing:

  • Event Calendar Planning and Support: Collaborate to plan and support corporate events aimed at winning new clients and raising our profile in the market.
  • Research and Communication: Conduct research and provide information to the CRM team for offering opinions to clients, trade press, and relevant third parties on industry topics.
  • Website Management: Support the creation of material and literature for the firm's website.
  • Social Media Management: Create and deliver engaging content to social media and campaigns driving traffic and engagement. Creating graphics in Canva and working with key stakeholders to help bring campaigns to life. Keeping an eye on trends in the industry to stay fresh.
  • Other related tasks as required.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience in client relationship management is essential.
  • Previous experience in marketing is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Canva/similar for proposals and collateral.
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential.
